The Voice of Africa / Radio Jamahiriya has been off the air since the revolution shut them down in July of 2011.
They renamed the station "Radio Libya" after the 2011 revolution, but have not been heard in English since July 2011. There have been no rumbles that anyone intends to bring it back, but the last time they used SW in English (in 2011) they were on the following schedule:
