The Mighty KBC is a 'new' station that has started up mostly targeting Europe with programming aimed at people looking for 'fun' radio in the absence of the former state broadcasters in that region. They book time from Naüen which was the former site of Radio Berlin International, and for the broadcast targeted to North America, are well received in Michigan. Look for Digital Modes 'test' broadcasts with photos, short text tidbits and the like usually around 0130 UT!

They are also planning on using 1602 daily to Northern Europe
from a ship offshore and not from Naüen ...
